Verticals Advisory was founded on over 20 years of industry experience, delivering specialized accounting and financial reporting services to the real estate sector. Led by industry veteran Nicole Kimes, our team of seasoned professionals brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for excellence to every client engagement. We are built on a foundation of trust, precision, and unwavering commitment to our clients’ success. With active CPA licenses across multiple states, including Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Virginia, our expertise spans a wide geographical and functional landscape.
Nicole’s canopy view in the real estate industry provided her with a deep understanding of the life cycle complexities faced by any business at every stage. Her corporate career naturally became a pattern of designing the reporting foundation for new initiatives – investment fund launches, development projects, and system implementations, to name a few. And most importantly, Nicole realized how much she enjoyed establishing foundations and maintaining the stability. This formed her vision to expand her skillset across the many real estate leaders who, by the nature of the industry, cyclically face new initiatives that need firm financial reporting foundations for sustainability. Nicole’s rooted passion for education and startup advisory drove her to expand her vertical and establish additional verticals, particularly for those with limited access to tools and financial expertise. From startups to students entering the accounting field, we are committed to fostering success at every level, aligning our expertise with the goal of building stronger, more sustainable businesses.
